Naturally, I don't feel comfortable doing that. When I called, they required I fax or MAIL a copy of my ID. I can't log in to my account, see the activity, or make online payments. They blocked my account to JUST ONE card, saying there was fraudulent activity because I moved. I have 3 Genesis Cards that I have had for a long time.
